UX/UI to scan QR to add to group

We need to talk through how this can work technically. I've done an initial mockup of the UI to help us think through it. My outstanding questions are:

• Can we show the person that was recently scanned in the list (as pending to stay consistent)?
• Can we 'tentatively' add the person to the group even though they haven't added you as a friend yet? (Or at least fake it in the UI)

I'm open to other UI ideas. We just need to make sure that we're giving the user feedback after he/she scans a new friend code.
