Delayed push notification

From Rosa: Nathan sent me a message this morning and on his end it showed as received. However, I did not get a push for it so I didn't go to the app this morning. A few hours later, I got a push notification while I was iMessaging someone else. I then went to Zom and it asked me to enable push, which I have already done so before. I enabled push then went to my messages and saw Nathan's message and the time on it was just then although he sent it hours before.
