Signed out from Zom and Could not sign in again

Application: Zom.IM Device: Huawei P9 Lite OS: Android 7.0 I was playing around with settings, was playing with 'Chat Encryption', picked 'forced encryption'. I exited the setting, and I was signed out from Zom and offline, and I was still connected with the internet. I tried signing out signing in the same account but could not sign in the account. Have tried uninstalling and installing the apps back, could not sign in the same account. When I hit sign in, it will only shows 'signing in' and it won't sign in. img_eggsif_985656032069656023

I have also had issues signing back into Zom in the past once signed out; however, I experienced this on iOS. Zom Team, please let us know if you have any follow up questions or need more information. Thank you!! :)

There are some cases where the "signing in..." can hang on Android. For now, you can try to "Force Stop" the app in the Android app settings, to see if that helps. Otherwise, we are working on improving feedback during the signing in process to show where it is getting stuck.
