Create a list of server issue scenarios

We need an overview of the scenarios that someone could encounter when trying to reach the server. @n8fr8 I've started a very basic list. Could you help me fill this out?

• Not connected to the internet.
• Connected to the internet, but it's taking more than 5 minutes to connect. We'll keep trying.
• We haven't been able to connect you for multiple days.
  • Your server could be down or blocked. We suggest finding a new home.
  • Could be a DDoS attack on our own server.
