Plain text QR code, Issue with scanning from external app

From the invite a friend on Android, if you select a barcode scanner from the share menu, the app displays a ‘plain text' QR code. When you scan the QR code, a toast pops up that says unrecognized format.

This is the QR code that's not scanning. It's not working in the latest build. We scanned the code displayed on Android from iOS.
