Duplicate buddies causing problems with send/receive

I'm not sure if this is related to https://github.com/ChatSecure/ChatSecure-iOS/issues/664, or #173 but on Android even though I deleted the duplicate buddy on the Friends screen, I still have two entries on the Chats screen. The 1st entry sent some initial messages that were marked as delivered. The 2nd entry is the one that receives messages, but when sending messages they are always "waiting". The 1st entry can no longer send or receive messages, nothing appears in the UI after pressing send.
