Adopt CSS Classes From Initial Options

IMHO, the CSS classes from the initial `option` elements should be adopted to the respective `li` classes. Would you accept a PR adding this, @zoltantothcom?

Actually, this PR is similar to @doubleedesign PR (https://github.com/zoltantothcom/vanilla-js-dropdown/pull/48) except this one is toggles parent's CSS-class 'is-open' on dropdown
