Feature Request: Add basic templating such as time

As a user, the time of access is important in reference because websites often change. When referencing them, not only is the short metadata needed but also the date accessed.

for instance {title} - {time} would help greatly identify referenced web articles, and, help identify the correct version in the future (should waybackmachine be the only way to retrieve such data)
