Rules grouping with OR condition

I offer to add functionality of one rule can exclude another. It could be done with grouping via [] and applying rules inside with OR condition depending on begin / beginRegex. Otherwise sometimes you can have two rules with different begin / beginRegex but same end / endRegex then it doesn't work correctly.
