Not Working, Tox Service: OFFLINE, if no internet is provided

thanks for putting your making precious code, i installed trifa app with tox notify and ntfy all done token accepted on my android 15 redmi note 13 pro 5g and redmi 13c 5g

the problem is: the tox service: offline and it never comes online until

1. i put sim card and turn on mobile internet
2. i connect to internet enabled wifi

when i connect two phone with wifi-hotspot connection and no sim card in any of them both phone TOX SERVICE: OFFLINE

i expect they both come online and with no sim card and no internet

• TRIfA Version: Version 1.0.250 (10250)
• App from F-Droid / Github-Releases / other: [F-Droid]
• Android OS Version: [Android 15]
• Device: redmin note 13pro 5g and redmi 13c

tox service: OFFLINE it only comes online when i sneak in internet. it doesnt immediately comes online after turning on mobile data it takes 2-3 minutes and comes online itself, even on single phone no simcar no wifi i install all apps accepted token all set but tos service: offline it never online until internet it provided, even tried uninstalling the tox notify and ntfy and only clean installing the TRIfA app same OFFLINE
