Do you have Secure Boot enabled?

yes

That's the issue. With Windows 10 version 1607 and higher, drivers must be signed by Microsoft. The driver is signed by my certificate only. If you turn Secure Boot off, it will be allowed to load.

Hmm... Very Sad! This means Admin-Mode is not possible in Win11 either? Maybe another Methode then a "unsigned driver" will be better then?!

Because i can't even rename a key in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE with Registry Explorer ;/ I use RegCool and O&O RegEditor for now and both are working fine in Admin-Mode and also mode with NSudo (TrustedInstaller)!

You don't need a driver for that. Just remove the "Read Only" option.

@fubaWoW, any reason you don't just use RegCool or O&O? Why do you need a third tool if these 2 are already working for you?
