Application crash

Environment: Tested on : Windows 7 Pro with SP1 [x64]. (Russian locale) Windows 10 Pro version 1703 [x64] (English locale) ProcMonX v0.21

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open ProcMonX
2. Check any event type on "Capture Settings" tab
3. Switch to "Filters" tab. Button "Delete" is active now, and after click on it ProcMonX will crash

The same (or very similar) crashes can be achieved with various ways, e.g.:

1. Open ProcMonX
2. Switch to "Filters"
3. Create process-name filter ("test") and check it
4. Switch back to "Capture Settings" and press "Monitor Selected" or "Unmonitor Selected"

Problem description AFAICS, the reason of problems is a item selection - item objects save state between tab switching. I suppose that problem can be fixed by item selection reset on tabs switching or by validation of selected object's list.

Thanks. I know that the filters tab is far from complete, so that's no surprise. I'll try to fix the basics.
