Add meteor shell command

Will require apps to use qualia:prod-shell or another package that creates a file at ~/meteor-shell.js.

This is awesome, I use qualia:prod-shell and it would be great to just have a mup shell command.

Is this still on the Roadmap? If we have a prod shell accessible, we could create plugins to upload patches, especially when fixing issues in the DB we prefer to write a patch within our app instead of writing native mongo shell scripts
