PHP language Server is crashing 3 times

Hi, I have the problem that while the files of the project are parsed the PHP language Server is crashing 3 times and ended with a message:

[Error - 18:02:26] Connection to server got closed. Server will not be restarted.
Language server exited with exit code 0

What can I do to solve this.

Can you provide a trace? Enable tracing for php language service in settings.
