Connecting the extension does not work

I tried to connect the extension in Github Codespaces (VSCode) to Grammarly, but the netlify redirect app seems broken (page title: This function has crashed). This behavior is present in both the pre-release and the none pre-release versions.

The authorization dialog has a spinning icon and does not proceed; as such, the extension does not get authorized.

Expected outcome

Authorization redirect works, and the extension has a valid credential set.
