We're currently not handling refunds that are triggered directly from Stripe. We can't really prevent Host admins from doing this and need to support it properly.

Gmail link should not go to 3d inbox

No reason for the Gmail link to go to the 3d inbox arbitrarily. Also use simpler URL.
