This error occurred when I was running cargo build
Platform: win x64
ffmpeg has been installed via vcpkg
Don't fucking open it, it's malware that'll steal your account the same way this guy got compromised, and will use it to spread further.
It's an ongoing issue. There's a lot of them:

could you please reopen this issue in https://github.com/zmwangx/rust-ffmpeg-sys/issues and please provide more additional details like output of cargo build --verbose
I tried running it with cargo build verbose but didn't give me any extra details:
error: failed to run custom build command for ffmpeg-sys-next v7.1.3
