Feat: Transparent Layer Select

When choosing the transparent key type, give the option to choose which layer the key will be grabbed or default to the previous layer.

This isn't what trans does. Trans picks the highest numbered active layer. If you want to pick from a specific other layer, then you want a different behaviour e.g. a &layer X or something.
