docs: improve settings_reset link

I would argue that #2262 is a prerequisite for this.

• Link directly to the Build workflow. Should the filename of the workflow change without a corresponding docs update (oops) users will still end up on the Actions tab and can navigate to the new "Build" action.
• Filter on successful runs from jump.
• Minor rewording.
