EC support for Topre

Hello,

I have this board which uses an stm32 and uses topre switches. I would like to be able to use zmk here :)

As i've seen there are 3x5 switches and 6 switches below making it 21 switches go and flash the frimware as usual and select the keyboard layout before flashing
