• added: eslint-plugin-tailwind enforce best practices and consistency (auto-formats on save)

@pongstr these seem like reasonable changes, could you fix merge conflicts?

It seems like they are just in package.json and package-lock.json

You probably wanna use the non beta version of tauri-cli and use your updated storybook versions
