Add Auto-Updating

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This feature would allow ZMK Studio users to stay up-to-date easily by giving update prompts from the Tauri Updater plugin.

Describe the solution you'd like We can add a step to the build and release process to also generate an update JSON. Then we can point to https://github.com/zmkfirmware/zmk-studio/releases/download/latest/updater.json.
