Add ZDNS reverse ptr record lookup

It'd be nice to also have ZAnnotate do reverse DNS lookups through ZDNS

zannotate to facilitate zdns and other things that involve network lookups.

Zannotate API is fine here. I mostly figured that we should discuss changes to ZDNS project to make it embeddable as a library in the respective repository.
