Create 9-patch images

It would be really cool (if possible) if you could create 9 patch assets too. The reason it doesn't work now is that the black bars on the side are scaled too, making them not always 1px. Maybe there is a way you could use the slice name to tell if the user intends the asset to be 9 patch.

I plan to have a look at extending the plugin once Sketch 3 has been released, I'll keep your suggestion here in the meantime. Thanks!

Hey there, I know its not a perfect solution, but this tool works great: http://romannurik.github.io/AndroidAssetStudio/nine-patches.html

The only thing is that the raster image will be scaled. I use it to get the right dimensions for my 9-patch images.
