Package takeover

Hello @zmactep @maksbotan i would like to take over your package on https://hackage.haskell.org/package/hasbolt

My intention is to merge the open pull requests and release a new minor version. I don't want to do much work on this library otherwise but will invite other maintainers if anyone volunteers.

I will e-mail you separately (in case you have don't get github notifications by e-mail).

Please let me know if you agree with this proposal within a month (until 17 april 2025).

After the takeover you have a year to reclaim your package in case you didn't respond.
