Hello, I have finished to let synchro completely Django 2 compatible. Thanks for a new release. Best regards.

PS : that release use the version 0.11 of dbsettings that is not published on pypi.

Unfortunatelly, I didn't have time for that and I need to investigate the test refactoring.
