AFAIK Alipay is still usable in RU, at least last year in July I donated a little bit to sci-hub, which opened an Alipay account specifically for Chinese users. I contacted Alexandra Elbakyan / Александра Элбакян and asked her if that Alipay QR Code is the real one, and the answer is YES.

So far, Alipay might be an alternative but, well, it's up to you.
