Move donation information to the top

People should be able to make a donation without reading the whole post or scrolling all the way down. Let's get straight to the point.

By the way, it might be a good idea to add a PayPal link or something similar, so that we can make some one-time donations. Actually I take that back: PayPal may suspend your account simply for the suspicion of money laundering, and even GitHub Sponsor stopped supporting PayPal recently. Still, I would appreciate an option for making a one-time donation.

This! I just wanted to create the same PR. I would leave the donation links at the bottom too and just copy them also to the top.

Thanks. I agree that this should be brought up, but the text before the links can be discouraging reading. I need to think for some minutes.

Yeah, I understand your concern. I just hid the donation links behind a <detail> element. That makes them much subtler, but still easy to find.
