Document entities helper functions

At the end of each code bank containing entities code, there's a bunch of helper functions, duplicated in most banks.

Some of them are already labeled, but we should:

• Ensure that duplicates of helpers already labeled are correctly labeled in all banks
• Label the rest of the utility functions
