Roadmap? How to replace nopara?

I would like to research Unequal Input Mixing (https://github.com/nopara73/ZeroLink/issues/74) and if the research is successful then also implement it. In order for me to be able to fully concentrate on this topic I would like to present a comprehensive roadmap/todo list that would allow me to leave this project alone for that time with good conscious.

• [x] Refactor internal data structures so wallet load would be much faster. (This is the BitcoinStore work, save txs wallet agnostically, etc...) https://github.com/zkSNACKs/WalletWasabi/pull/2188
• [ ] Proper full node integration and ship with Bitcoin Core.
• [x] Figure out proper sync mechnaism for terms, privacy and legal documents with backend. https://github.com/zkSNACKs/WalletWasabi/issues/596
• [x] Hand over CTO responsibilities to someone.
• [x] Hand over GitHub repository maintainership to someone.
• [x] It'd be also nice if I could take a look at issue https://github.com/zkSNACKs/WalletWasabi/issues/1369 but I am afraid that'd be just kicking the can down the road. - wontfix

I really think that we should take a look at zkSNACKs/WalletWasabi#1369 to improve the UX and make Wasabi more user friendly.
