rulerView.setCurrentValue(2000); 在某些手机上设置当前值时并不能指向当前值，每次初始化都不一样！刚进入时调用 rulerView.setCurrentValue();刻度不能指到2000，每次都不一样，RedMi Note 4X等手机有此现象！

如果某个机型出现此问题，那最好用这个机型来调试一下。我这边没这机型
