编译最后一步链接生成可执行程序的时候报 /usr/bin/ld: /root/Lightseq-ARM/3rdparty/protobuf-3.21.4/libs/linux-aarch64/libprotobuf-lite.a(arena.cc.o): relocation R_AARCH64_ADR_PREL_PG_HI21 against symbol `_ZNSt8ios_base4InitD1Ev@@GLIBCXX_3.4' which may bind externally can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC libprotobuf-lite.a给错了吗
