HiOS instructions for non-Transsion devices

Currently, the instructions to apply icon packs for HiOS is to access "My theme" in the Settings > Theme & Lock Screen, which I think only works on Transsion devices (Tecno, itel, Infinix), but not if you download HiOS Launcher from the Play Store to a non-Transsion device.

I think the instructions should be updated to one of these device-independent methods:

1. Long-press on the home screen
2. Select "Hi Theme" (T-shirt icon)
3. Tap "Icon pack"
4. Select the icon pack

1. Open the Hi Theme app
2. Tap the "Local" button
3. Tap "Icon pack"
4. Select the icon pack

OR

1. Open the Hi Theme app
2. Swipe right to open the navigator drawer
3. Select "My theme"
4. Tap "Icon pack"
5. Select the icon pack

Thanks a lot for the info, @wwwwwwari, that's super useful! I'll take some time next week to perform spot-checks that the instructions are truly device-independent and open a corresponding PR to change them in Candybar. :)
