[bug] Top bar is white text on white with Android 8.1

The issue occured in:

• Arcticons (Candybar-FOSS v3.19.0)
• Arcticons Material You (Candybar-FOSS v3.19.0)
• Dollphone (Candybar-FOSS v3.19.0)
• Delta-FOSS (Candybar-FOSS v3.19.0)
• Delta (Candybar v3.19.0)

But not in:

• Older versions of Arcticons Material You that use Candybar-FOSS < v3.19.0
• Papirus (Candybar v3.13.3)

So the issue was most likely introduced in v3.19.0. It also does not seem to be limited to Candybar-FOSS as I naively initially thought.

Android 8.1 is the only device I can test, I assume it may be limited to this Android Version, because some Android theming functionality was introduced there.

This bug also occurs on Android 9 using Candybar v3.19.0 - v3.20.1

Can someone fix this? My laptop is not powerful enough to run an emulator and I don't have access to any physical devices running android 8/9n
