Requests contain only part of the icon

I'm not sure if that's a known issue (I couldn't find a issue didicated to that) but it's common that every few requests there are some icons where only a part of the actual icon is in the image.

I occasionally see the same. I'm wondering if those are vector icons because they're the only ones where width and height are set explicitly rather than inferred from the drawable itself:
