`premium_request_desc` not showing

Hi, I enabled Premium Requests in dashboard_configurations.xml file, however I cannot get the description (premium_request_desc) to show up on the Icon Request view.

It works perfectly fine for Regular requests however, just not for Premium.

I'm guessing this is a bug? Would appreciate a fix, thanks!
