Chat Room (盘丝洞) not work

/kbs/bin/chatd does not start.

bbs@bbs:~$ ps -Af|grep chatd
bbs       4326     1  0 11:51 pts/1    00:00:00 /kbs/bin/chatd

I can confirm this bug has been fixed after started chatd.

但是直接缺省进入房间的话，会是乱码

这个问题只有在 chatd 启动之后，第二次进入聊天室，才会重现。

第一次进入的时候，显示是正常的。奇怪说。
