Viewing catalog causes firefox to go black

After selecting options in appchan (theme, checking boxes for behavior) when viewing the catalog, my firefox window goes black and I can't see anything in the window. The issue persists with all other addons/scrips disabled. Minimizing the window or maximizing it will sometimes fix it, but not always; sometimes I just get the correct layout of the page with text, but no images. This does not happen when I've selected no options after an Appchan X refresh/reset. If a tab "crashes" like this, reloading it does not fix it, and any subsequent catalog pages I open will not show images. Also doesn't seem to happen when in threads.

After this happens, it sometimes also causes other pages in different tabs to crash in the same way (black firefox window with only the minimize/maximize/close buttons visible). These sites include: twitch.tv , inbox.google.com , https://kat.cr/* These can also sometimes be fixed by minimizing/maximizing the window.

The console is not consistently throwing errors. Sometimes I get nothing, sometimes I get:

I'm pretty sure this was an issue with Firefox 41 that the 41.0.1 hotfix fixed. I don't know, I was having all kinds of graphical corruption myself until the hotfix.

I'm running firefox 41.0.1 and the current version of appchan x and still experiencing this issue. I've done a refresh of both and I'm going to try a fresh install of each here tonight.

Edit: Did a fresh install of both firefox 41.0.1 and whatever version of appchan x is on the main page, and I'm getting a black screen even with default settings now.

Second edit: Just saw all this pop up in the console when switching tabs back to a catalog page with appchan x defaults.
