option that combines the pages and the header

As can be seen here, the navigation is inaccessible. It would be nice to have this combine the pages and navigation bar, or have an option to do this. Wasted Space

I think @zixaphir's general mindset is that he lets you do what you want to and any options that don't work together are up to you.

But I take it what you're more after is an option that combines the pages and the header. If so, could you please update your post to reflect that?
