Block NSFW Level Above doesn't default to Settings value

Describe Issue

Despite setting the "Block NSFW Level Above" value in the Settings, it doesn't auto populate on the actual Civitai page, creating error because there's No Url, even if there's a Url, it'll error. But if I put in the Url and "Get Model Info", it'll error because the Block NSFW Value isn't set.
