Base level offset
Hi,
we're using a Hamamatsu ORCA Flash 4.0 V2 sCMOS camera for which the stated e-/ADU conversion factor is 0.46 e-/count and "dark offset" is 100 counts:
However, if these values are entered into the camera parameter settings, ThunderSTORM complains that the base level offset is higher than the signal:
What might be the issue here? Is it correct that the "dark offset" has to be given in ADU counts and not electrons?
Thanks and best regards, Dave
Wondering if there was a resolution to this - Dave, did you find the answer?
Dark offset has to be entered in ADU i.e. 100
