Basic right hand drive support

Would you accept a PR which adds a setting to mirror the steering wheel position? I have a local build which does this.

Reason: Since most (all?) cars are LHD, I have found it useful to mirror the X coordinate of the in-car steering wheel so I can drive from the right hand side (in VR). Obviously the dash isn’t mirrored, but it doesn’t matter so much since it doesn’t work anyway. Driving without the wheel in VR is not a good experience - and neither is driving with the gear stick on the wrong side!
