Packagist Not Updating to Latest `dev-master`

Howdy all! Just a quick update...it appears your webhook from GitHub over to the Packagist repository might not be working quite right, as the latest version it has is from January 2020 (52728ae) and there have been several commits after that.

https://packagist.org/packages/zircote/swagger-php shows "This package is not auto-updated."

Lets hope @bfanger has permission for that...

Nope (this is a limitation of user account repositories in github), but I do have a "update" button to manually trigger an update. ©zircote could you set up automatic updates?
