"Only one iOS Simulator can run at a time" error message with Xcode 4.6.3

Since I updated to Xcode 4.6.3, when I launch WhazzerFinger I get "Only one iOS Simulator can run at a time. Please quit iOS Simulator and try again." I did not get this with the previous Xcode version.

It does still seem to record videos fine, though the contents of this window get captured in the video.
