Access Denied without incapsula script

Today I was working with a site, and I found a new "feature" (?) of INCAPSULA. When your're being blocked (Access Denied) the error page that is show doesn't contains the script to make the whole process to crack it, but instead it set the cookies for you (?). I don't know if this is a new feature or a miss configured INCAPSULA, but this package broke when this case happen.

I will try to make a fix for this problem.

Comments aside: The PIP Repository isn't updated with the last changes.

So I made a little fix #14 The retry will call to the url again with the cookies already set.
