Slow SymbolInformation.signature

Scalafix SymbolInformation.signature shows high time consumption during profiling comparing to the rest of Scalafix static analysis. This method is required for ZioShieldNoImpurity that searches for Unit returning methods.

For now Unit methods part of ZioShieldNoImpurity is turned off in order to speed up the global analysis.
