sapling and orchard address does not match zecwallet-lite

Starting with the background, the protocol of zcashd + lightwalletd is same accross wallet implementations. T address is also same generated based on seed zingo vs zecwallet-lite, so why not to stick to some standard bip39 or bip44 or if zecwallet-lite is not standard then use it's implementation? My fear is cross wallet portability, if all wallets will generate different Z and U address then seed is close to useless. Do you generate Z and U using same algo as zcashd ? or did you created your own implementation?
