make the interactive learner color coded

It will improve readability quite a bit if

  • headers were bold
  • options yes/no etc were color coded

this can be done through ansii codes, but not sure how different terminals will act with it. i did some work and it looks great, but not pushing this as we will need to test this more thoroughly. parking for now.
