Swiping up and down by holding right mouse click always adds the current page to the "other Bookmarks " Folder whereas the correct behaviour should be the bookmark getting added...

影响自定义脚本触发执行区域

chrome： 116.0.5845.111 在任意英文网站，选择浏览器自带的全网页翻译后，手势调出自定义脚本窗口 这时候触发区域就会被翻译影响到，变成了两边红色位置可以点，正中间黄色点不了。而没翻译前触发区域3个位置都可以 如图：
