I also do not see a button or any way to start the export of my configuration at General / Configuration / Export Configuration

Actualy, you can still export. The export button is commented out. I don't know why the developer did this. It's so silly. Just open the developer tools and uncomment the button: see video: uncomment-the-button.webm
